Reviews and Ratings
Staying at this hotel was definitely worth the money! The rooms were nice and modern, and I loved the fact that they had a bath. Everything felt really modern and spacious. However, the staff could have been a bit more engaged and overly friendly, especially since it was our anniversary trip. On the bright side, they were very friendly and professional during check-in and even recommended a fantastic Japanese restaurant nearby. The location was super convenient, right across the road from City Park and close to many eateries. It’s a shame they weren’t open longer in the evenings. On the positive side, it was within walking distance of everything in the CBD, including the James Boags Brewery tour and the fun Monkey enclosure. The markets behind the hotel were a real treat. As for the dining experience, it was good, with friendly service at the hotel restaurant. The food was lovely, but it did take a bit long to arrive. The facilities were great, a new facility with modern amenities and very nice staff. The only downside was that breakfast wasn’t available before 8 am on a Saturday.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were located in a great place, very clean, and the bathroom was amazing with a deep, relaxing bathtub. They are spacious, including a walk-in shower. The service was top-notch, with delicious vegan meal options available, and they were extremely accommodating when our luggage didn't arrive with us. The location was perfect for exploring Launceston, right across from City Park and a short walk to the city center. The dining experience was delicious, and the facilities were impressive.
The hotel provided stunning rooms equipped with excellent products, making my stay convenient. However, room cleaning was late in the afternoon. The overall service was outstanding, with very nice and friendly staff. The location was great, near City Park and eateries, offering a convenient stay. The dining experience at the hotel restaurant with friendly service was good, and the facilities were top-notch.
The hotel offers a mix of positives and negatives. While the rooms felt somewhat unfinished with bare concrete walls and ceilings, the very comfortable bed adds to the comfort of the rooms. The service was brilliant, especially with the boardroom provided for work tasks, and the ability to work undisturbed by noise was a plus. The location is fantastic, being close to attractions, though the room space can feel crowded. The dining experience was enjoyable, with reasonably priced dishes, and facilities were decent.
The hotel is ideally located next to the Albert Hall, offering spacious and beautifully designed rooms with a nice outlook. The service was overall friendly and accommodating, with some delightful vegan meal options. The central location near the Saturday market and City park was convenient for exploring Launceston, although the absence of dinner services was a minor drawback. The facilities were modern and provided a pleasant stay.
My stay at the hotel was excellent overall. The rooms were really big and comfortable, high quality for a 5-star experience, equipped with excellent products, and spotless. However, it was a bit disappointing to find that the cups were not clean.
